Allied Steel Traders is a leading name in the iron and steel trading industry, known for reliability, quality, and strong client relationships. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Executive who understands the iron and steel market and can help us grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit client companies daily to generate and follow up on sales orders
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the iron & steel industry
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into orders
Understand client requirements and provide solutions accordingly
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries and customer support
Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and client communications
Regularly report progress to the Sales Manager / Company Head
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the
iron & steel market
Education:
Graduate in any field (Technical or business background preferred)
Industry Knowledge:
Must have working knowledge of steel grades, products, and market pricing
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Customer-focused approach
License:
Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle (Fuel reimbursement provided)
