Roles and Responsibilities



.

Calling assigned leads daily

.

Working on speaking in the local language to convince customers to buy

.

Renewals and upselling

.

Managing customer relations

.

Making reports and following ups

.

Achieving sales targets

.

Implementing new sales plans

.

Maintaining relationship with important clients

.

Renewals and up-selling to existing clients

Desired candidate profile


. A UG / Master's Degree
. 2-3 Experience in Telesales,preferably in Ed Tech Companies
. Understanding and use of CRMs and Diallers
.Strong analytical, Organisational and creative thinking skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
