Position Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in

ERP or software sales

, a passion for helping businesses find the right tech solutions, and a strong focus on customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Tally Prime and related services. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets. Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations. Understand client requirements and provide tailored Tally Prime solutions. Collaborate with the technical/support team to ensure smooth implementation. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3-5 years of experience in B2B software/ERP sales, preferably in Tally ecosystem. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of Tally Prime features, benefits, and applications. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
