Key Responsibilities:
Make
100+ outbound calls daily
to customers with abandoned carts.
Understand customer needs, handle queries, and encourage them to complete their purchase.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Meet daily/weekly sales targets and conversion goals.
Requirements:
6 months - 1 year experience
in sales/telecalling/customer support.
Excellent
communication and persuasion skills
.
Ability to handle objections and provide quick resolutions.
Comfortable with
Work From Office
setup.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
