Key Responsibilities:

Explain project details, property features, pricing, and offers to clients over the phone.

Maintain a database of customer information, feedback, and inquiries.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide prompt responses.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English).

Strong telephone etiquette and client handling ability.

Ability to meet targets under pressure..

Positive attitude, patience, and confidence while dealing with clients.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
