Key Responsibilities:
? Handle inbound and outbound lead communications via dialer.
? Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for conversion.
? Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maintain interest and move them through the sales funnel.
? Maintain an updated and organized lead database using lead management tool.
? Achieve individual goals for calls made, appointments set, and leads qualified.
? Address Partner concerns, identify needs, and provide solution or raise feedback to respective departments.
Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate Work Experience: Proven working experience of 1+ working years in Telesales / Outbound BPO Sales profile.
