Sales Executive - ESD Products
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in English (spoken and written).
2. Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in electronics, ESD products, or hardware manufacturing industry).
3. Proficient in using computers and office software (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills with clear, logical thinking.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new customers in the electronics and manufacturing industry, promoting the company's ESD products (e.g., conveyors, ESD tables, rollers, etc.).
2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, increasing their share of business with the company.
3. Handle order processing and coordinate after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Collect and analyse market information, monitor competitors, and provide feedback to management.
5. Make at least 20 customer calls per day from the office to generate new leads and business opportunities.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹20,000 - ?25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
