Position: Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports of sales activities and follow-ups.
Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and real estate regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
