2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing and IT services. Monthly and Quarterly targets will be measured. Identifying potential clients through market research,

referrals

, Office visit and Field work. Generating qualified leads and building a robust sales pipeline for IT staffing services (permanent, contract, C2H). Developing and delivering customized pitch presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.

Key Requirements



GEM portal knowledge will be Priorities. MS Office, PPT, CRM tools & ERP knowledge. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Passion for networking, field visits, and proactive sales activities. Self-motivated, target-oriented & able to work independently.

Education



Bachelor degree in (BBA) or MBA.
