We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our growing team for our Indirapuram Ghaziabad location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will serve as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, offering solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet those needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry--e.g., FMCG, IT, B2B, etc.]. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience in handling long sales cycles or key accounts. Comfortable with frequent travel or field work, if required.
