. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, while building long-term relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Fluency in English and local languages.
Assist in generating leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Build and maintain a strong client base and foster long-term relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) for seamless sales processes.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property prices.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain client and property records using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related specialization (2024/2025 pass-outs preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest or knowledge in the real estate industry
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
