We are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the Water and Sewage Treatment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing sales to drive company revenue. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and support
Present and promote products/services to prospective customers
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as assigned
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless client experience
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback reviews
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience or interest in the water treatment or environmental services sector is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
