We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to manage fabric and aesthetics product sales in the business-to-business segment. The role involves lead generation, enquiry management, order conversion, payment follow-up, customer relationship management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and generate new B2B leads and business opportunities.
? Manage enquiries, negotiate terms, and convert them into successful sales orders.
? Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
? Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth transactions.
? Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
? Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and reporting of enquiries and collections. ? Support miscellaneous office tasks related to sales operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Marketing, or related field (preferred).
? 0-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales (experience in textiles/fabrics industry will be an advantage).
? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
? Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
? Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
