Job Opening - Sales Executive (Field Role)

Company: BRAINFRA EDUTECH PVT. LTD.

Location: All districts of Uttar Pradesh

Role Responsibilities:

Minimum 20 school visits per month (district assigned)

Ensure 1,000 free student registrations per month on BRAINFRA IAS online IAS/PCS preparation platform

Promote and ensure subscription of BRAINFRA IAS YouTube Channel

Motivate free-registered students to upgrade to premium by paying ?5,000 platform fee

Salary & Incentives:

Basic Salary: ₹12,000 per month (subject to achievement of mandatory targets)

Incentive: 10% commission on each upgrade (?5,000 platform fee)

Travel Allowance: As per company policy

Eligibility:

Graduate in any stream

Good communication & presentation skills

Willingness to travel extensively within district

Prior sales/education experience preferred
