The Medical Equipment Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling medical equipment and healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare institutions. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Meet with doctors, hospital administrators, biomedical engineers, and purchase managers to promote products.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications to healthcare professionals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain knowledge of competitor products and market trends.
Provide after-sales support and ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client proposals.
Participate in medical exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads.
Coordinate with the service team for technical support and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Biomedical,
Proven experience (1-5 years) in medical equipment/healthcare sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical details of medical equipment.
Good networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Salary Range (India):
?3.0 - ?5.0 LPA (can vary based on experience, company, and product range) + Incentives.
