Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new B2B leads and business opportunities.
Manage enquiries, negotiate terms, and convert them into successful sales orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth transactions.
Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and reporting of enquiries and collections.
Support miscellaneous office tasks related to sales operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales (experience in textiles/fabrics industry will be an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
Benefits:
Salary +
0.05% to 2% commission on collection, (Depends on work) 17,000 minimum.
