Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in converting leads, explaining services to customers, and closing sales efficiently over phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Inbound and Outbound customer enquiries Convert leads into successful bookings through effective communication. Explain Buzzmeeh's offerings clearly and confidently. Follow up on leads via call, email, and WhatsApp to ensure high conversion. Maintain customer records and update CRM tools regularly. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery. Meet or exceed monthly sales and follow-up targets.

Required Skills :

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Service Confidence in cold calling and handling client objections Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Strong persuasion & negotiation abilities Good listening skills and ability to understand client needs. Time management and ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player. Proven ability to meet sales targets. Comfortable using CRM tools, Email, and WhatsApp for business communication. Must be a team player with a customer-first attitude.

From Delhi/NCR, Noida, & Ghaziabad.
