Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and sell complex software solutions to clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Present, promote, and sell IT software products and services to prospective clients.Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations (online and in-person).Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date client information and activity tracking.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to deliver value to clients.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.2-5 years of proven sales experience in IT/software products or SaaS solutions.Strong understanding of technology and software sales cycles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
