Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

3. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's revenue.

4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

5. Negotiate and close deals with clients.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and develop sales strategies.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

5. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
