Position Overview We are hiring Sales Executives with 1-5 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably from energy, EPC, construction, or technical services backgrounds. This role is ideal for target-driven professionals who want to build a career in project based sales, client relationship management, and business development. Key Sales Responsibilities ? Identify and convert potential B2B/B2C clients for energy and power projects. ? Conduct regular client meetings to build relationships and close sales deals. ? Understand client requirements & site conditions and prepare sales proposals. ? Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research. ? Visit client sites, participate in trade shows & exhibitions for sales promotion. ? Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to management. ? Maintain and update CRM database, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts. ? Track competitors & market trends to design winning sales strategies. Eligibility Criteria ? Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA/MBA preferred). ? Experience: 1-5 years in Sales / Business Development, preferably in industrial or technical product/project sales. ? Industry Preference: Power, EPC, Construction, Electrical Equipment, or other technical sales domains. Desired Sales Skills ? Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills. ? Proven record in client acquisition and target achievement. ? Strong ability to convert technical solutions into business opportunities. ? Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset. ?
