We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to drive customer acquisition and engagement. You'll play a key role in promoting our offerings to startups, partners, and institutions while helping founders discover the tools and support they need to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
Explain Startup Mitr's services and convert leads into paying customers or active users.
Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the marketing and partnerships team to align on campaign strategies and messaging.
Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a startup, B2B SaaS, or service-based environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold outreach, CRM tools, and handling objections.
