Identify and develop new business opportunities in the event management sector.
Pitch event management services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Participate in the planning and execution of high-level events.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Track industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Able to handle the Close deals with clients acquired.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or a related field.
Proven experience 2+ years in managing a Sales/Pre-Sales business development, preferably in event management.
Strong network within the event management industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a strategic mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
