We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives for our sales team who can handle residential/commercial property buyers from lead stage to final closure. The role demands excellent communication, follow-up skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

andle incoming leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital channels
Conduct project briefings, site visits, and client presentations
Convert leads in
to bookings by managing the complete sales lifecycle
Maintain daily follow-ups and update CRM with accurate information
Meet or exceed
monthly & quarterly sales targets
Skills Required:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
High follow-up discipline and ability to close deals
Basic working knowledge of CRM tools or Excel
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate primary sales & Resale
Familiarity with local real estate projects, pricing, and buyer behaviour
