Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and persuasive
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for
selling medical simulation products
,
building B2B relationships with hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare institutions
, and achieving aggressive
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Target Achievement
Identify and convert leads in hospitals, medical colleges, and training institutions.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain a
robust sales pipeline
and provide regular updates through CRM tools.
Participate in
conferences, exhibitions, and product demos
to promote ONE Simulation.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant simulators based on customer needs.
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., HODs, purchase managers, deans, and simulation lab heads).
Conduct
needs assessments and technical presentations
to align simulators with training requirements.
Provide timely follow-ups, price quotes, and documentation for sales closure.
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing, and trends in the medical education and simulation domain.
Share feedback with the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Reporting & Compliance
Submit
weekly/monthly reports
outlining sales activities, lead status, and target achievements.
Maintain records of all interactions, quotations, orders, and payments.
Ensure compliance with ethical sales practices and internal policies.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
Monthly sales target (INR or Units based)
Lead-to-conversion ratio
Customer satisfaction (post-sale feedback)
Demo-to-sale conversion rate
Repeat order generation
Requirements:
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
MBA (Marketing/Sales) is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum
2 years of B2B sales experience
, preferably in medical devices, simulation, or healthcare training.
Freshers with excellent communication and networking skills may be considered for trainee roles.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and under target pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales channels.
Compensation:
Base Salary:
9000 - 15000 /Month
