We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property showings, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and follow up on potential leads through various channels
Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present properties professionally and answer client queries
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or similar field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Knowledge of local real estate market preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Valid real estate license (if applicable in your region)
