About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented
Sales Executives
who can take ownership of their territory, build relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking
Pitch company products/services to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
Ensure prompt follow-ups and conversions from inquiries to sales
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain detailed records of visits, interactions, and sales using CRM tools
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, or roadshows if required
Gather feedback from clients and relay to the internal team for improvement
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and local demand
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any stream (BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred)
1-3 years of field sales experience in any industry (FMCG, Finance, Telecom, Insurance, etc.)
Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
Must have a smartphone & preferably a two-wheeler
Knowledge of the local language/region is an added advantage
