Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door and field visits to promote solar connection services.
Identify potential customers in residential and commercial sectors.
Explain benefits, savings, and installation processes of solar systems.
Generate leads through cold-calling, field surveys, and local promotions.
Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and system installation.
Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients until deal closure.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily performance.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or graduate in any field.
Previous experience in field sales or solar sales is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in the local market.
