Job Description

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the scaffolding- building material industry. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, and construction companies. Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding scaffolding products and solutions. Recommend appropriate scaffolding systems based on project specifications and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process. Respond to inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored scaffolding solutions. Proposal Preparation and Negotiation Prepare accurate and competitive proposals, bids, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Coordinate with internal teams to finalize project details and ensure seamless execution. Documentation and Reporting Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in sales within the scaffolding or construction industry. Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven attitude. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 2-5 years of experience in field sales, technical sales, or related fields A two-wheeler or a four-wheeler is mandatory for this role
