Role Overview:



The Sales Executive will be responsible for

generating leads, converting them into orders, and ensuring complete follow-through of the order process until delivery

, maintaining excellent client relationships and supporting Aura's growth.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Management



? Generate and qualify leads through Instagram, referrals, walk-ins, and outbound follow-ups.
? Conduct client discussions, understand project needs, and suggest suitable 3D wall art and mandir solutions.
? Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
? Maintain lead and enquiry records systematically.

Order Follow-Through



? Create and share detailed order briefs with design and production teams post-confirmation.
? Track each order's progress through design approvals, production, finishing, and dispatch stages.
? Proactively update clients on order status, timelines, and dispatch details.
? Coordinate with packing, logistics, and courier partners for timely delivery.
? Collect and document payment as per agreed schedules.

Client Relationship Management



? Maintain professional and warm communication with clients throughout the order journey.
? Handle post-delivery feedback and address minor issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:



? 3-5 years of experience in sales (interiors, home decor, furniture, or similar industries preferred).
? Strong communication and negotiation skills (written and spoken).
? Organized and able to track multiple orders simultaneously.
? Basic familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Sheets, and email-based coordination.
? Client-centric mindset with ownership of work and follow-through.

? Lead to order conversion rate.
? On-time updates to clients and internal teams.
? Payment collection adherence.
? Client satisfaction and repeat orders.
