Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain the company's digital marketing services (SEO, social media, Google ads, website development, etc.).
Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant digital solutions accordingly.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospects regularly.
Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team when required.
Handle basic objections and provide appropriate solutions within the time limit.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Maintain proper records of telecalling activities and update CRM or internal tools.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Should be confident and have a positive attitude on calls.
