As a Sales Executive at Fibretron Composites Pvt Ltd, you will be a key contributor to our growth and success by promoting our innovative GFRP (Glass-Fiber Reinforced Polymer) products to potential clients and stakeholders in the construction industry. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, builders, architects, and government agencies, to promote and sell GFRP products.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our GFRP product line, its applications, benefits, and advantages over traditional materials such as steel.
Sales Strategies:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including market research, lead generation, and sales presentations to meet and exceed sales targets.
Market Expansion:
Identify new market opportunities, applications, and regions where GFRP materials can be introduced and drive growth.
Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Customer Education:
Educate clients about the benefits of GFRP materials, including their cost-effectiveness, durability, and sustainability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with construction industry trends and market dynamics.
Knowledge of GFRP or similar construction materials is a plus.
