We are looking for ambitious and energetic Sales Executives to help us expand our client base. This role involves promoting Alibaba.com services to Indian SMEs and exporters and helping them understand the benefits of online global trade.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to manufacturers, suppliers, and exporters via phone, email, or in-person meetings to promote Alibaba.com's global platform.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
Conduct product demos and training sessions to onboard clients.
Convert leads into active paid customers by providing appropriate solutions.
Maintain follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
Update CRM and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA preferred but not mandatory).
0 to 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service (Freshers welcome).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and client handling.
Willingness to learn about B2B e-commerce and export processes.
