Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits
Explain the features and benefits of various

Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate investment/insurance products
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., KYC norms, IRDA/SEBI regulations)
Assist clients in completing application forms and documentation
Attend training programs to stay updated on market trends and product changes
Required Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good understanding of mutual fund and insurance products (training can be provided)
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Basic knowledge of financial planning and investment concepts
Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred)
NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
IRDA License (for insurance sales) is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills and interest in financial products are welcome
