Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities through various channels like cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Property Presentation and Sales:

Showcasing properties to potential buyers, highlighting their features and benefits, and conducting site visits.

Sales Process Management:

Guiding clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, including negotiating terms and conditions.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding established sales targets and reporting sales activities to management.

Market Awareness:

Staying informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Sales Reporting:

Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.

Collaboration:

Working with other teams like marketing, legal, and finance to ensure smooth transactions.
