Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into admissions, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in inquiries and convert them into admissions.
Follow up with leads generated through online and offline marketing (Just Dial, SEO/SMO, mall kiosks, lift and door-to-door marketing, etc.)
Call and counsel parents on program offerings, features, and benefits.
Share program details, pricing, and offers via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Maintain lead data in CRM/excel sheets (e.g., GRE sheet, Family List, Master Sheet).
Provide proper follow-ups and updates to prospective clients.
Coordinate with the Academic Service Coordinator for student onboarding.
Support parent meetings, events, or promotional activities on weekends.
Help achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Maintain a positive brand image and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Sales/Marketing/Education).
Prior experience in counseling or educational sales is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command over spoken Hindi and English.
Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
