Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, and guiding them through property purchases or rentals. This is a target-driven role with strong earning potential and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties based on needs and budget. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct site visits, property tours, and explain property features and benefits. Manage leads and follow up promptly to convert prospects into successful deals. Stay updated with the latest market trends, pricing, and inventory. Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction closure. Collaborate with property developers, channel partners, and internal marketing teams.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any field (real estate, business, or marketing preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-driven, with a results-oriented approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic tech platforms.
