Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated sales executive to drive revenue growth in our SMS wholesale A2P (application-to-person) markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecom sales, specifically within the SMS wholesale or VoIP fields, and will be passionate about building strong customer relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Development:
Actively identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities in the SMS A2P sectors. Manage and expand the customer portfolio to ensure maximum growth and retention.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Business Negotiation & Deals:
Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements for VoIP and SMS A2P traffic termination with overseas clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Revenue Growth:
Drive consistent revenue growth from assigned accounts in both VoIP and SMS A2P markets through proactive sales efforts and market intelligence.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated with market trends, rate changes, and the competitive landscape to proactively identify new opportunities and solutions for clients.
Customer Communication:
Communicate effectively with clients regarding rate changes, service updates, and new product offerings to ensure client satisfaction and continued business.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate sales records, forecast potential revenue, and provide regular updates on account progress to management.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background:
A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year in the SMS wholesale A2P market or the telecom industry, with direct sales experience in SMS.
Proven Sales Experience:
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the telecom and messaging markets.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
Self-Motivated:
A driven individual who can work independently while also being a strong team player, comfortable with a results-oriented environment.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with A2P messaging, VoIP traffic, and the telecommunications industry is a significant advantage.
