Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Make daily outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for solar panel installations

Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to clients

Schedule and conduct market visits to meet clients and survey rooftops or land areas

Collect and document customer requirements

Follow up with leads and assist in closing deals

Maintain daily reporting of calls and visits

Key Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi essential, basic English preferred)

Comfortable with field visits in Lucknow

Basic smartphone and internet handling

2-wheeler preferred (for market visits)

Interest in renewable energy sector a plus
