: Sales Executive at Nature Thread Clothing and Skincare Brand

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory, processing orders, and generating sales leads to support our growth and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels of clothing and skincare products. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment. Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.

Order Processing:

Receive and process customer orders via online platforms, phone, and email. Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate with logistics partners for efficient order fulfillment.

Sales Lead Generation:

Identify and prospect potential clients through research and networking. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach. Collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns and promotions for lead generation.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.

Administrative Support:

Assist in maintaining sales records and reports. Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to budget planning.

Packaging and Quality Control:

Ensure all orders are packed according to brand standards. Conduct quality checks to uphold product integrity.

Qualifications:

Any graduate.

Work experience: 1 year experience in e-commerce or 2 year experience in sales.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
