We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team at TBD Jobs. The candidate should have prior experience working with a job portal and a strong understanding of B2B sales in the recruitment or HR tech space.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into clients (recruiters, HR heads, placement agencies).
Promote and sell job posting and hiring solutions offered by TBD Jobs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
Candidate Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the job portal or recruitment industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and hiring platforms.
Self-starter with a goal-oriented attitude.
