Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.
Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and project features.
Prepare and deliver proposals, price quotations, and payment plans.
Convert potential leads into confirmed bookings and close sales within deadlines.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients for documentation and post-sale support.
Ensure proper documentation and coordination with CRM and legal teams.
Provide periodic reports to the management on sales performance and market feedback.

1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional language is a plus.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and conducting client site visits.
