We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Pre-Sales Executive

to support our sales team in converting leads into successful bookings. The ideal candidate will handle initial client interactions, qualify leads, provide property information, and coordinate site visits. A strong communicator with a customer-centric approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries from leads generated through various channels (online portals, walk-ins, referrals, events, etc.). Qualify potential customers based on their property requirements, budget, and buying intent. Provide detailed information about property projects, including pricing, amenities, floor plans, approvals, and location benefits. Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain and update the CRM system with lead data, communication history, and sales funnel progress. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth lead handover. Provide support during client interactions and negotiations, when required. Stay updated on real estate market trends, new project launches, competitor activity, and regulatory guidelines. Assist in organizing promotional events, property expos, and open house sessions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. 6-24 months of experience in pre-sales or customer-facing roles in the real estate sector is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of local real estate markets and customer preferences. Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital communication tools. Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

Fluency in English and local languages. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
