Key Responsibilities



Generate, follow up, and convert leads into sales Explain benefits of rooftop solar, net metering, and government subsidies Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team for design and proposal Pitch solar ROI, system sizing, and payment options to clients Achieve monthly sales targets Maintain lead tracking and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets

Requirements



1-3 years of field sales experience (solar or related industry preferred) Strong communication in

Hindi and English

Understanding of basic solar components and benefits Self-motivated and target-driven Willingness to travel across NCR or exterior cities as per requirements Two-wheeler preferred
