We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
Generate leads and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven sales experience (Fresher can also apply if enthusiastic and driven).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
