Sales Manager

will lead and drive the sales team to achieve property sales targets and ensure client satisfaction. The role involves managing leads, building client relationships, and coordinating with marketing and project teams to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Generate and follow up on leads through various channels. Conduct client meetings, property visits, and negotiations. Maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients. Track market trends and competitor activity. Prepare sales reports and ensure CRM updates.

Requirements:



Graduate with 1 year of real estate sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proven track record in achieving sales goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Umargam, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
