Role Overview
Elevate Space Designs is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who can drive business growth through on-ground sales, client engagement, and local travel-based marketing activities. The role involves meeting clients, site visits, market expansion, and representing the brand across locations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new leads for uPVC, Aluminium door and windows, lighting and other interior solutions.
Meet potential clients, understand requirements, and present design solutions
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover
Travel & Field Marketing
Travel to project locations for client meetings and site visits
Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as vendor meets, builder interactions, exhibitions, and networking events
Represent Elevate Space Designs at trade fairs, property expos, and industry events
Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, brokers, and vendors
Brand & Market Presence
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends
Support promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives
Ensure consistent brand representation during all external engagements
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (interior/design/real estate preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance and conduct
