Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven
Sales Executive
to promote and sell our
IT and Digital Marketing services
. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, requirement understanding, pitching services, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT and Digital Marketing services through calling, networking, and online platforms.
Pitch company services such as Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Software Solutions, etc.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital/IT solutions.
Conduct outbound/inbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and demos with clients.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service details.
Coordinate with the technical and marketing team for smooth project execution.
Maintain and update client data, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking sheets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate
0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, IT sales, or digital marketing sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales or service-based sales.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, or Software Sales.
Telecalling or inside sales experience.
Good follow-up and client handling ability.
