Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and inbound inquiries.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage and track prospects with CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Client Communication:
Conduct sales calls, pitch Ace Amaze's services, and provide customized digital solutions.
Proposal & Negotiation:
Draft proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate client and sales data, and generate performance reports.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and creative teams for smooth client onboarding.
Market Insights:
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to strengthen sales strategy.
Requirements
1-2+ years of proven experience as a
Sales Executive/Business Development Executive
(digital/creative agency preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Knowledge of
sales tools
like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead databases, and email marketing platforms.
Target-driven, proactive, and capable of independent work.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
