Sales Executive - Furniture & Interior Solutions

Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in furniture and interior solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients (both B2B and B2C), and promoting our range of high-quality furniture and interior products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for design, and a passion for helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets in furniture and interior products. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, corporate clients, and homeowners. Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and provide tailored product solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Coordinate with the design team to provide clients with mood boards, layouts, and product recommendations. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal, including negotiation and contract finalization. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging design trends in furniture and interiors. Ensure excellent after-sales service and support to maintain client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or home decor industries. Strong understanding of design concepts, materials, and space planning. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus. Ability to travel locally to client sites as required.
