Job Overview

:

As a Sales and Marketing Trainee, you will be working closely with the sales and marketing departments to gain hands-on experience in business development, market research, customer engagement, and promotional activities. This is an entry-level position designed to provide learning opportunities and exposure to both sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Sales and Business Development:

Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals. Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients to achieve sales targets.

2 Field Work and Client Visits:

Conduct daily field visits to meet with clients and provide product demonstrations. Develop strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients.

3 Customer Engagement:

Understand customer needs and propose solutions that meet their requirements. Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.

4 Market Research and Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Share insights with the sales team to refine strategies and improve performance.

5 Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Submit daily and weekly reports on sales progress to the manager.

6 Collaboration and Feedback:

Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align on goals and strategies. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 6 Months of sales experience, preferably in field sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
